Ah Haa and TJC: The Art of the Mezze Board

  • Telluride Jewish Community Telluride, CO United States (map)

This is a hands-on class where you'll create a stunning mezze snack board inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Israeli culture, where food has always been about gathering, sharing, and celebrating together. Using a rainbow of colorful produce, proteins, dips, and a few sweets, everyone will collaborate to assemble one big community spread to savor and enjoy as a group. Think creamy tahini, fragrant za'atar, fresh herbs, juicy tomatoes, cucumbers, and warm pita bread, accompanied by wine. You'll also get a peek at how to adapt your board for upcoming Jewish holidays, from Rosh Hashanah to Sukkot, so the inspiration keeps going long after class ends.
