About Nelly Ben Tal
Nelly Ben Tal is the Senior Israel Emissary (Shlicha) for JEWISHcolorado and The Jewish Agency for Israel. Originally from Ramat HaNegev, Colorado’s sister community, she brings more than 15 years of experience in community building, Israeli culture, and organizational consulting. Nelly previously served as Community & Culture Manager at the Ramat HaNegev Council, founded the nonprofit Meshutaf, and is deeply committed to connecting people with Israel’s diverse voices and stories.
